What are the key ingredients for a perfect family holiday in the South of France? Well, being close to the beaches in the South of France is a great start. You also want to be a reasonable distance (30 mins) to a local airport with low cost flights. For the kids, a villa with a private pool and a good WiFi connection is going to be paramount. You will also want to be able to enjoy a leisurely meal at the neighbourhood restaurant, without the hassle of having to drive.
Being able to stroll down in the morning to the local boulangerie for baguettes and croissants is always a great holiday experience. You will also want to have a nice private outdoor area for sunbathing and relaxing, ideally with a BBQ to keep the Boys occupied. Satellite TV is always a nice to have for catching up on what is happening back home (or not).
