Villa Paul Victor is a spacious 4 bed villa, laid out on one level. The 4th bedroom is located in a small annexe. Inside, the villa has been decorated to a high standard and is equipped with everything you will need for your holiday.

•  You enter into the large living room with double height ceiling and 3 sets of patio windows which provide views out to the pool, garden and vineyards beyond.
• The lounge comes with a large sofa, coffee table, TV and a Pool/Billiards table.
• The kitchen comes equipped with an oven, induction hob, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Espresso machine and plenty of storage and cooking utensils. A washing machine is located in the adjacent laundry room.
• The dining area features a large table with seating for 6-8 people.

• Bedroom 1 is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room.
• Bedroom 2 comes with a double bedroom and an en-suite bathroom (with walk-in shower, wash basin and WC).
• Bedroom 3 is the largest bedroom and is fitted with a double bed. The bedroom provides access to the large bathroom, which comes with a walk-in shower, WC, wash basin and a sauna.
• Bedroom 4 is located in a separate annexe and comes with a double bed, small sitting room and a kitchenette. There is also a separate bathroom with shower, wash basin and WC.

Outside:

•  The oval shaped swimming pool is 7m x 4m and is surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers and seating. You will never tire of the views from the pool over the vineyards.
• On the terrace next to the kitchen, there is a dining table under the cool shade of a large tree, perfect for alfresco dining.
• The lower part of garden comes with a large Pine tree providing plenty of shade, Petanque pitch and a half-drum style BBQ for your grilling needs.
• There is private parking for 2-3 cars.
