The villa is situated in the charming village of Lezignan-la-Cebe, just 20 mins from the beautiful sandy Mediterranean beaches of the Languedoc region. This stylish holiday villa sleeps 4 people in 2 en-suite bedrooms. It benefits from a enclosed garden with its own courtyard with parking for up to 4 cars.

Outside
- The swimming pool is 5m x 3m and comes equipped with a whirlpool. Surrounding the pool there is a small terrace where you can sunbathe and relax. A beach parasol provides some welcome shade, as does the mature trees in the garden.
- A fitted shower room with a toilet allows you to be comfortable for relaxing moments on the ground floor and in the garden.
- There is a mosaic table in the shade of mulberry trees where you can dine al fresco. A charcoal barbeque is available for use.
- Cars can be parked in the street or in the yard at the rear of the property.
- There is workshop is the ground floor that was originally used to store wine. Part of the workshop contains the washing machine, linen and towels.

Last visited March 2020. This holiday villa is perfect if you are looking for villas in South of France to rent that provide a private pool and plenty of privacy for your family. The beach is a short drive and all the amenities in the village of Lezignan-la-Cebe are a short walk.

This property for Villas in South of France to rent Lezignan La Cebe is an historic village with basic shops, a bus line near the house takes you to the local town of Pezenas and connects with the main cities of the region. Access to the motorway is 3 minutes away. The beaches are 20 mins drive and the River Herault is 1 km away for fishing, swimming or canoeing on the river. Lake Salagou is 20 mins away, where you can swim or sail. In addition to the ancient town of Pezenas, just a short drive away, you will also find Beziers (20 mins), as well as S?te and the Etang du Thau nearby, known throughout France for its oyster beds. The city of Montpellier is 30 mins drive, and Carcassonne, Perpignan, Narbonne and Collioure are all easy day trips.
There is a local market in Lezignan-la-Cebe twice a week. On Tuesday morning Lezignan-la-Cebe hosts a traditional market with food, clothing and household goods.
Other transport
There is a TGV train station at Beziers, with regular bus services running to Pezenas. A local bus service runs in between Pezenas and Lezignan-la-Cebe, or you can arrange a local taxi.

It was like God in France.
With this beautiful house - a perfect vacation. First of all, we went back home after a very good two weeks.The weather was nice and warm the first week (wonderful for the pool). The second week was still good but without this great heat. We drank very good wine and visited very good restaurants (Franck Putelat in Carcassone, Octopus in Beziers, Cote Mas, Lauzun in Gignac, Presbytery in Vailhan etc)We visited the "marches" and cooked with excellent and fresh products. We discovered a bakery with wood fire in Canet and visited many beautiful places.
We look forward to returning next year.

Wonderful time
We had a wonderful time at the villa, it was even better than we hoped. If we return to the South of France again we will certainly book it again, if it`s available.

Outstanding week at the villa
The villa was absolutely outstanding everything we could have wished for. Lovely little village, fresh bread and croissants from the little baker shop every morning, weather was great, lots of exploring, sampled some wine and discovered the wonderful port of Meze. Outstanding week will need to look at available dates for next year when I know my time off.

Very good villa
The house was like on the site. Very good service. We had a great time and the area is very nice. If we would go back to that area we would definitely go back to the Villa.

We had a fabulous stay
We had a fabulous stay in this gorgeous villa. It`s in a lovely quiet village. The pool is perfect for two and the villa is very comfortable. We will definitely be back soon.

Perfect holiday villa in South France
This villa is perfect if you are looking for holiday villas in South France that provide a pool and pivacy for your family. The beach is a short drive and all the amenites of Lezignan-la-Cebe a short walk. High spec interior finish, lovely pool and garden, excellent kitchen, walking distance to local amenities. Short drive to Languedoc beaches. Calm and tranquil location. Child friendly.
