This villa matched our needs really well - which was really lovely because we know we are really picky! If you love great views from a pool in the sun all day, which doesn`t collect leaves but does have outdoor table tennis thrown in then this villa is for you.

Cycle to collect a pizza or drive for 2 mins in the car to Pezenas which offers markets, restaurants and entertainment.

Working air con and WiFi complete the recipe for a relaxing holiday with great weather in a brilliant part of France.

What would we change - nothing ????

The house is very clean with great air conditioning and WIFI. It`s lovely to have sole use of such a big pool and the house is set in such beautiful grounds so the views are just divine. The owners are absolutely charming and whilst they are always available if you reach out to them, otherwise they leave you to get on with it which is really important to us when going on a relaxing family holiday. The house isn`t particularly big, but the 3 bedrooms and the sitting room are all a good size and it works really well for our family of 4. There`s nothing I`d change.

Habitu?s des locations d`?t? avec piscine, nous avons trouv? le top. Maison parfaite, fonctionnelle, propre, moderne... Le jardin est un petit Versailles, un vrai parc ! Les propri?taires sont extr?mement gentils et discrets. P?zenas est une petite ville dont on ne peut se lasser. Bref, nous reviendrons, difficle de trouver une prestation de ce niveau ! Fortement recommand? !

We stayed here in August 2019. Quite secluded but easy to find from the main road. Once you arrive you are met by the owners who are very welcoming. Nice people. As other reviewers have stated, the owners stay out of the way and leave you in peace. We travelled with a 5 & 10 year old, the accommodation is more than ample. Nice kitchen and dining area, and needless to say the pool was loved by everyone, it`s more than big enough! Pezenas is a pleasant place to visit, which is less than 5 mins away in the car. Pezenas is too far away for young children to walk to. All in all, it`s a very nice holiday destination.

I have left this Villa with such fond memories of a lovely warm and welcoming family who will do anything to make our stay a pleasure. We were greeted by Gregory and his parents who showed us around the Villa. Gregory speaks excellent English and we were immediately made to feel at home. The Villa is decorated very well and modern. The patio doors open straight onto the lovely clean pool. The gardens are immense and obviously maintained very well The facilities in the Villa itself were excellent.. Even a euro plug which I needed! It`s about 25mins walk into pezenas and there`s a local pizza takeaway place you can go to if you don`t want to cook or ear out. I cycled to it using the bikes that were available with the Villa. Pezenas is a delight of a town with many shops and bars and restaurants. The Saturday market is fabulous. I soon immersed myself into the French way of life! The Cavaillez family were so welcoming, friendly and I would love to go to the Villa on holiday again...if only to see them again! Don`t miss this gem of a place.

We arrived at the villa at about 10.00pm after driving from Toulouse airport. However, the Cavailliez family were on hand to welcome us even at that hour and they made sure we were settled before they withdrew to their house next door to the villa. During the course of our stay they were there if we needed anything but other than that they kept a very low profile!

The villa itself was fantastic. All on one level with a very contemporary design. Very comfortable and spacious. Well kitted out.

The pool was well positioned in relation to the villa and was a good size.

The gardens were huge so any neighbours, other than the Cavailliez family, were some way off. They were in the process of being landscaped but what has been done so far is excellent.

We were a party of five, including a two-year old, and the villa, pool and gardens afforded us plenty of room.

In summing up, I would say this was one of the best holiday places we have stayed at.

We have just returned from a week at this villa.It is a lovely homely, comfortable villa and has everything you could possibly need.Fantastic peaceful setting, gardens were amazing and pool brilliant.Was a 20 minute walk in to Pezenas, on a lovely route, using the walk option on GPS as the road was a bit too busy to walk on with no pavement.We highly recommend it and would love to return.

Lovely clean and modern house. Great pool area set in stunning gardens. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful but totally unobtrusive. The area is very pretty with lots of local shops and restaurants. We loved it so much we are coming back next year!

We booked this villa when another owner let us down with a booking and I spent hours trying to find somewhere that met all our requirements at a late date.We really touched lucky because this villa was only just being advertised, following refurbishment. It is just gorgeous and has everything you could ask for and more. No expense has been spared in making guests comfortable. The pool is lovely and was kept clean at a time to suit us. The gardens are so beautiful and I agree with the previous review, the pictures do not do justice.I have to admit I was a little apprehensive about being right next to the owner and wondered whether we would be private. However, I need not of worried. We only saw the owners family on arrival, departure and when a battery ran out and I asked for help. They are a lovely family and couldn`t do enough for our stay. Even the cat (Athena) made us welcome. Pezanas is lovely, lots of places to visit if you can tear yourself away from the pool. The weather was great but it was the villa that really made our holiday. So lovely and peaceful, just what we needed.If we visit this area again, we will stay here. By far the best one we have stayed in.

We have had many holidays in France and several in this area. This property was without doubt the best we have been to. It`s rare to find a property that actually looks like the website. The landscaped grounds were fantastic with enough room to get lost in, and very peaceful! The pool was beautiful and clean with plenty of loungers, and there was enough shade not to worry about parasols. The property was well equipped, Internet was available and air conditioning throughout which actually worked. We were concerned about the owners being on site but they were great, and just wanted to help and didn`t intrude at all. Definitely recommend this place!

When we first saw the property it looked like a beautiful oasis surrounded by flowering shrubs and dancing waters ! The pictures did not do it justice ! The gardens were lovely.The property was well equipped and comfortable with plenty of space and the incredible TV with internet was great for music and entertainment on slightly cooler nights.The Pool was wonderful and the loungers comfortable. We loved the blue lights we could put on at night and the little green frogs that we found around and about !!The owners were such lovely people and could not do enough for us. They provided towels & a parasol for the beach which was appreciated. We will definitely be back !!
