La Petite Ecole family holiday gite South France - facilities

La Petite École is housed in the former village school building, with the play ground transformed into a landscaped garden and a large sun terrace. Inside, the property is very spacious and is laid out over 2 floors.

Ground floor

• There is an entrance hall with stairs going up to the first floor and a guest toilet
• There is a very spacious open-plan living room and kitchen, located in a former classroom. The living room has reversible air conditioning and large windows on 2 sides, which makes the room very bright and airy.
• The lounge comes with 2 leather sofas, a large flat screen TV (with Chromecast, Netflix, etc) and a coffee table. 
• The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge-freezer. There are plenty of plates, cups, glasses and cooking utensils.
• The dining table can seat 6 people. 

First floor

• Bedroom 1 is a large en suite bedroom which comes with a double bed, wardrobe and bedside cabinets.
• Bedroom 2 is another double bedroom with fitted wardrobe and en suite shower room.
• Bedroom 3 comes with a single bed and a set of bunk beds. There is an en suite shower room.

Outside

• There is a large swimming pool (5m x 6m) which is shared with the guests from 2 other gites.
• There is a large sunny terrace with patio table and chairs, large parasol, gas BBQ.
• There is a landscaped garden with boules pitch.
• Parking is available on the street outside the property

3 bed family holiday gite South France - prices:

La Petite Ecole can be rented for summer breaks between May to October. The rental price includes the linen, towels and end of stay cleaning. The swimming pool is shared with 2 other holiday properties.
