The property is laid out on 2 levels

Ground floor

• The entrance hall leads on to the large living room. A door provides access to the large garage, which contains bikes and space to store beach gear.
• The stunning living room features exposed stone walls and a beautiful brick and oak beamed ceiling. 
• The dining area contains an antique dining table and large armoire.
• The lounge area comes with an original fireplace, large TV (with international channels) and 2 large sofas. Patio doors from the lounge area lead out into the courtyard.
• The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, large fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Patio doors from the kitchen lead out into the courtyard.

First floor

• There is a large lobby at the top of the stairs with a desk and seating area. This is a nice quiet spot to read a book, catch up on emails or escape from the kids.
• Bedroom 1 is a large double bedroom with en suite bathroom and private terrace. The bathroom contains a corner bath, shower and wash basins. There is a separate WC. The large private terrace is a great place to catch the sun and comes with sun loungers and chairs. 
• Bedroom 2 is a double bedroom and looks out over the courtyard garden.
• Bedroom 3 is a twin bedroom.
• The bathroom comes with a shower, WC and hand basin

Outside

• The courtyard garden is a lovely spot to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening meal. The large parasol provides plenty of shade. The table can seat 6-8 people.
• The private pool is 8m x 4m and is surrounded by a sun terrace. Throughout the day, there are shaded places around the pool, as well as sun traps. The pool looks out over a vineyard at the back of the house.
• In the garage there are 4-5 bikes for use by the guests, as well as plenty of storage. There is space to park a car, or there is free parking on the street in front of the house.
