Pyrenees holiday rental with private pool - facilities

The holiday rental is conveniently set on the edge of a small village, surrounded by countryside but just a 5 mins walk from the local shops (supermarket, pharmacy, pizzeria, etc). It is 10 minutes drive from the lively market town of Thuir, 20 minutes to the Spanish Border and 30 minutes to the sandy beaches on the Mediterranean coast.  

The house is laid out over 2 floors and is set within a large garden with mature trees and Mediterranean plants.

Ground floor

• There is a comfortable lounge with a 2 sofas, 2 armchairs and a flat screen TV. French windows provide access to the terrace.
• Next to the lounge there is a dining room with seating for 6-8 people. French windows provide access to the terrace.
• The fitted kitchen comes fully equipped with an oven, gas hob, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and plenty of storage space. 
• Bedroom 1 is a good sized bedroom with a double bed.  French windows provide access to the terrace and garden.
• Bedroom 2 is a twin bedroom.
• There is a bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and wash basin.
• There is a basement containing the laundry room, plus an extra shower room (which is handy if you are coming back from the beach).

First floor

• Bedroom 3 is a double bedroom with French windows that lead out onto the upper terrace, with views over the pool and garden.
• Bedroom 4 is located at the rear of the house and has a double bed.
• There is a bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and wash basin.

Outside

• The private swimming pool is 8m x 4m and comes with a security alarm.
• Surrounding the pool the is a sun terrace, a covered terrace and a pergola with cushion seating.
• There are 2 terrace areas for eating/entertaining,
• In the garden, there is also a tree-house (with mosquito nets).
• There is off-street parking for 2 cars.

The holiday rental is available to rent on a weekly basis from 24 July to end of August 2024. The rental prices include the linen, towels and end of stay cleaning.
