Mas Sangha is a stunning South France villa with private swimming pool close to the Mediterranean beaches at Argelès-sur-mer. The villa comes with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and large landscaped gardens. The villa can sleep up to 8 people comfortably in its 4 bedrooms, and is surrounded by countryside and vineyards. This is the perfect spot for a relaxing family holiday. Argeles-sur-mer is located in the Southern-most part of France and has 7km of beach, a Marina and a host of restaurants and shops.

If your ideal holiday villa is luxury, then choose Mas Sangha - ideal for those seeking peace and tranquility or larger family groups. Peaceful landscaped gardens amongst the vineyards and peach farms of Argeles yet the busy village of St. Andre is just a cycle ride away. Two week minimum stays or longer in high season.

Outside:

There is a lovely large swimming pool (12m x 6m with a depth of between 1.4m - 2m). Surrounding the pool there is a sun terrace with plenty of sun loungers. The large landscaped garden is totally private and features mature trees, lawn and Mediterranean plants. Overlooking the pool, the summer kitchen is equipped with a plancha BBQ, microwave and covered dining area. There is a shower room and toilet and also a play room with single bed.

The villa features a wrap-around terrace with seating and dining areas.There is private parking (covered) for several cars and a large driveway. There is also table tennis and an area for playing Boules. The villa comes with 2 bicycles.

Mas Sangha villa South France - prices:

Prices are per week and include linen, towels and end of stay clean. Beach towels are not included. The pool can be heated upon request (additional charge of €150 per week).

Mas Sangha South France holiday villa - our opinion:

If you are looking for peaceful holiday accommodation for a family holiday in the South of France, then this beautiful villa in the Languedoc is absolutely ideal. The villa benefits from a private pool, large garden and it furnished to a high standard.

The villa is very private and is located in the middle of Peach and Kiwi farm and comes with views over the surrounding vineyards. There are no near-neighbours and this is a very quite & peaceful location.

The beaches are closeby and it is easy to explore the sites of the Languedoc region or even a day trip down to Spain. The villa is 20 mins drive to Perpignan airport and 50 mins to Girona airport.

The rental is for the entire property.

The garden, parking and swimming pool are for the exclusive use of the guests.

In Argeles-sur-mer there are 7km of sandy beach and 3km of small coves. The seaside resort has been granted the blue flag award for its beaches and harbour. Argeles sur mer has two nature reserves: Mas Larrieu nature reserve by the sea and La Massane forest in the heart of the Alberes.

Argeles-sur-Mer is a typical Catalan village, with a warren of narrow streets, colourful buildings, a 14th Century church, traditional markets, craft shops, festivals etc.

Argeles sur Mer is 20 kilometres South-East of Perpignan, in one of the sunniest areas of France.

Other transport

There is a TGV train station in Perpignan. A local train takes you to the nearby town of Argeles-sur-Mer.

The booking terms for Mas Sangha are as follows.

25% non refundable deposit upon booking, balance due 8 weeks before arrival. Security deposit required - 1000€. Rental includes bed linen and towels (not beach towels). Prices include end of stay cleaning. Sorry no pets.

Check in after 16.00 on day of arrival; check out before 10.00 on day of departure.
