Holiday gite with pool Southern France near Carcassonne - facilities

Hidden away in the charming garden, which leads to the pool and trampoline area, is this lovely gite with its own walled garden covered in Jasmin and Honeysuckle. The gite is spread over two floors.

Ground floor

• The lounge comes with Satellite television and Blue Ray DVD player. There is plenty of lighting depending on the mood.
• The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with a range oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave and toaster.

First floor

Upstairs are the charmingly furnished bedrooms. There are fans provided and a hair dryer.

• The Master bedroom is spacious and airy.
• The Twin bedroom has plenty of storage space with built in cupboards.
• The stunning bathroom with its walk in shower is always a talking point. 

Outside: there is a lovely heated swimming pool, which is surrounded by old stone walls and plenty of sun loungers. The pool is heated during May, June and September. There is a secluded garden with BBQ and there are plenty of shade spots in the garden to enjoy a good book or a glass of wine. There is a huge trampoline, a swing, and of course boules for a real touch of authentic France! Baby equipment and toys can also be provided on request.

There is a utility room which as a communal washing machine and ironing board.

What's included

The prices for this holiday rental with pool in Southern France include linen, bath towels and pool towels. The gite is located in a no smoking zone. Unfortunately, pets are not accepted.
