This beautiful rural holiday rental in South France is located on the edge of the village of Bellegarde-du-Razès and is ideal for a family holiday in the South of France. The main house is laid out over two floors and comes with 3 bedrooms (all en-suite bathrooms). There is also a self-contained gîte in the garden, which has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, lounge, kitchen and patio.

Main villa

Ground floor

On the ground floor there is a large living area with a kitchen and a modern dining room with views of the garden.

• The villa has a large open plan living area with lots of natural light. There are 3 patio doors to the front of the living area opening onto a large terrace.

• The kitchen is very well equipped with all new appliances including 2 ovens (a fan oven and a microwave combination oven), 2 fridge-freezers, a dishwasher, hob and double sink. The kitchen area has a patio door leading to the terrace. The washing machine is in a separate area off the hallway.

• The Master Bedroom comes with a King-size double bed and en suite bathroom. Patio doors provide access on to the terrace. 
• Bedroom 2 has a twin beds, an en-suite bathroom and a patio doors leading out onto the terrace overlooking the pool.
• There is a guest cloakroom.

First floor

• Bedroom 3 is fitted with a double bed, en-suite bathroom and has a door opening onto the mezzanine area that overlooks the large open plan living area. The Mezzanine comes with a sofa bed for additional guests.

The Gîte

Ground floor

• The separate gite has open plan living area with patio doors leading out to a terrace at the front. There is also a separate terrace at the side of the gîte.

The kitchen is equipped with oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher,washing machine, hob and sink.

First floor

• Bedroom 4 is a double bedroom with patio doors leading out onto a balcony with views of pool and garden.
• Bedroom 5 has a standard double bed and has patio doors which provide access to the balcony.
• There is a bathroom with large shower shared by the 2 bedrooms.

Outside:

• The 50 m² terrace of the main villa is equipped with patio furniture, parasols, sunbeds and deck chairs.
• The gîte also comes with a patio and a terrace to the side. There is also a covered terrace at the back of the gite which looks out over the swimming pool.
• The 8m x 4mm swimming pool is fenced.
• The house is located on a large plot of land, mainly laid to lawn with mature trees. This is a very quiet spot, with fabulous views over the vineyards towards the Pyrenees mountains. Throughout the summer, the fruit trees in the garden provide apples and figs. Feel free to pick and enjoy!
