Ground floor
You enter the holiday gite into a hallway, where there is a toilet and a utility room (with washing machine and wardrobe. The open plan living room features the kitchen, dining area and lounge.
- The kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher, hob, fridge, freezer, coffeemaker and toaster.
- The dining table can seat 4-6 people.
- The lounge comes with two sofas and an arm chair. To the side and front of the living room there are 2 large arched doors which lead out to the terrace.
First floor
On the first floor you will find the 2 bedrooms.
- Bedroom 1 comes with twin beds.
- Bedroom 2 is fitted with 2 beds (1.20m x 2.00m).
- Each bedroom has its own bathroom (one with just a shower, the other with bathtub (triangle) and shower).

Domaine de La Flotte, is an estate situated on the ´Col de La Flotte´, a wooded hillside where you have a beautiful view of the Pyrenees. This is the definition of rural tranquility. These French country cottages to rent are situated just outside the small village of Sonnac sur l´Hers, in the Aude department of Languedoc. This is a great location for exploring nearby towns including Mirepoix, Limoux and the medieval fortified town of Carcassonne. Also a superb spot to go skiing at the slopes of Ax les Thermes just an hour away.
In Chalabre, only a 10 minutes drive away, you will find shops, a supermarket, a bank and restaurants. There is a market every Monday morning in Mirepoix (25 minutes drive).

The booking terms for these French holiday gites at Domaine de la Flotte are as follows:
A deposit of 200 € is required at the time of booking, balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to rental period. The rental period is from Saturday to Saturday. End of rental cleaning is inclusive in the price. Pets will be considered, additional charge of 25 € per rental period. Sheets are inclusive, but please bring your own towels. From September until the end of May electricity is not inclusive (Electricity: 0,15 € per unit).
Check in after 16.00 on day of arrival. Check out before 10.00 on day of departure.
