Ground floor

• There is a spacious open plan living room which contains the large kitchen and a lounge located in an alcove. A set of sliding patio doors lead out to the garden.
• The stunning kitchen features a large central island with high stools. The kitchen is very modern and comes equipped with an American fridge-freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and Espresso machine.
• The lounge comes with a large corner sofa and a large flat screen TV (with French channels, Netflix & International programmes).
• Next to the lounge there is a guest WC.
• There is a small office.

First floor

There are 2 double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms.

• The master bedroom comes with a dressing room and access out onto the large terrace.
• Bedroom 2 comes with fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and wash basin
• There is a separate WC on this floor
• The large terrace (off the main bedroom) has stunning views over the vineyards to Beziers and the Mediterranean coast. The terrace comes with patio furniture and a Jacuzzi. The terrace is a great space to enjoy the sunsets in the evening with a glass of wine.

Outside

• There is a garden with seating areas and a Petanque court.
• There is parking for 2-3 cars.
