L´Atelier holiday house rentals Southern France - facilities

This very comfortable stone holiday house has been carefully decorated to combine modern facilities, whilst retaining the character of the building. The house is laid out on 2 floors and contains polished concrete floors on the ground floor and solid wooden flooring on the first floor. The thick stone walls keep the villa cool in the summer months and there is also air conditioning in all rooms.

The Domaine de Sainte Marie is accessed via a long driveway, bordered by pine trees. The house has its own parking and independent entrance.

• The hallway has retained the original calade (a provencale pebble stone floor) and is lined with storage cupboards. It leads to the living room and kitchen.
• The large living room comes with 2 sofas, a flat screen TV, antique armoire and various lamps. The living room provides access out to the private courtyard garden.
• The contemporary kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven and microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washer / dryer, toaster, kettle, electric coffee maker (or Nespresso on request). It also provides direct access to the garden.
• There is a guest toilet on the ground floor.

The 2 bedrooms are on the first floor and both overlook the vineyards and the patio.

• Bedroom 1 contains a double bed (160cm x 200cm) and an en suite shower room (with sink and large shower decorated with marble stone).
• Bedroom 2, has 3 beds and can be configured either as a triple room (3 single beds 90cm x 200cm) or as a king size bed (180cm x 200cm) + 1 single bed. There is an en suite bathroom (with hand basin and large shower decorated in marble stone).

Outside: the pretty courtyard garden is surrounded by a stone wall and contains a decorative fountain and plenty of pots containing flowers and Mediterranean plants. There are deckchairs, a parasol, table, chairs and a barbecue for your grilling. You have access to the shared swimming pool (11m x 5m), which also comes with a beautiful large sun terrace and summer kitchen. The views from the poolside are amazing.

L´Atelier Southern France family holiday rental - What´s included

This villa in Southern France can be rented on a weekly basis between May to September. The prices include the linen, towels, end of stay cleaning and tourist taxes. Minimum rental period is 7 days. Pets accepted through prior agreement.
