The villa has been recently renovated throughout and provides very comfortable accommodation with modern appliances throughout. The villa has secure private parking for 4 cars and the large garden and pool terrace provide stunning views over Cannes. Maid service and airport pick-ups can also be arranged.

This French villa for rent is situated in a residential area above Cannes called ´Super Cannes´. The villa has wonderful views of the surrounding hills and mountains and yet is only 5 minutes drive to the sea. The villa is equipped with WiFi and has a closed circuit video surveillance system with access control for the gates and doors. The villa is very private.
Ground floor
The ground floor of this villa comprises the main living area, with the lounge, dining area, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and access out onto the terrace and pool area.
- The spacious living room comes with an open log fireplace and comfortable leather sofas and two antique armchairs arranged around a lovely wooden coffee table.
- The lounge has a large Flat screen 48´ TV (with satellite channels), a state-of-the-art SONOS Music System (which can play music within the villa and outside) and a DVD player.
- Three sets of patio doors flood the lounge with light and also provide access out onto the terrace and garden.
- The dining area contains a rectangular dining table and seating for eight.
- The beautiful kitchen has been completely re-modelled and fitted with modern units and appliances.
- The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a large American fridge freezer, an induction hob, a combination oven-microwave, a high-tech pyrolytic oven and a wine fridge.
- The kitchen has a large arch window which looks back into the living room.
- Next to the kitchen there is a laundry room with washing machine and two tumble dryers.
Bedrooms & bathrooms
The three bedrooms on the ground floor all have air conditioning.
- Bedroom 2 comes with a king-size bed, antique wardrobe and bedside cabinets with lamps. A set of French doors provide access to the garden.
- Bedroom 3 is equipped with twin beds, an antique chest of drawers and an antique armchair. Patio doors lead out to the garden.
- Bedroom 4 has two singe beds, a wardrobe and bedside cabinet. This bedroom also has access to the garden through a set of patio doors.
- The bedrooms share 2 family bathrooms on the ground floor. The first bathroom is fully tiled and comes with a modern corner shower with thermostatic temperature control, a toilet and wash basin. The second bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, toilet and wash basin.
First floor
A curved staircase leads up from the lounge to the first floor. The first floor comprises the master bedroom with en suite bathroom.
- The bedroom contains a king-size bed, air conditioning, wardrobe and bedside cabinets. The master bedroom has access to a private sun terrace through a set of patio doors.
- The en suite bathroom is equipped with a bath, walk-in shower, toilet and wash basin.
Outside: the main feature of the garden is the fully tiled curved swimming pool (15m x 5m) and sun terrace. The pool is heated and has Roman steps for easy access and gradually slopes down to a depth of 2m. The sun terrace contains 8 sunbeds, parasols and a dining table and chairs. There is also a gas BBQ next to the dining table. The landscaped garden contains plenty of well established plants, shrubs and trees spread out on the different terrace levels. There is also private secure parking for 4 cars on the driveway.

Directions
From A8 autoroute turn off at junction 44 in the direction of Vallauris. Follow signs for Vallauris turning right to Cannes, Vallauris, and Golfe Juan. Stay in left lane on D35 to Grasse, Vallauris and Golf Juan for approximately 300m then turn right on D435 to Vallauris. The first roundabout is 100m. Go straight over roundabout to Vallauris staying on D435. Continue up and over hill heading to Vallauris.
Bear right at bottom of the hill then left to Vallauris centre on D435 passing on your left your nearest supermarket (Casino supermarket), once in town centre follow sign to Juan and Cannes on D135 for about 150m. At the roundabout turn right and go up the hill on Boulevard des Horizons. Now turn first right into Boulevard de Super Cannes by the big green doors. Go up the hill about 600/700m. When you come to a fork in the road, bear right, Boulevard du Loup is the second on the right. The villa is now about 150m down on the right.

Perfect!
We had the most wonderful week in this perfect villa. It is even more beautiful than the pictures show and feels luxurious in a `homely` way. The recently renovated kitchen and bathroom are contemporary and practical. There`s a fantastic bbq and the pool is incredibly inviting. Rooms have a traditional look but with modern linen and plenty of cupboard space. The views are stunning and the location is second to none. Hence we ended up spending a lot of time in Cannes and neighbouring towns. This has given us the perfect excuse to go back and spend more time at this gorgeous villa another time!!

Excellent vacation with friends
Six friends (two couples, two singles) had a great time staying in this wonderful property. Layout is great for couples and singles, plenty of space for everyone, great kitchen, amazing outdoor space, and super comfortable beds and baths. We were able to visit lots of the French Riviera, but come home each night to relax at the villa - we even had a bbq one night and ate under the stars! We really appreciated how responsive and helpful Leigh was before, during and after our stay. She arranged for groceries to be brought in since we were arriving on Sunday after all the shops were closed.
We were worried that it would be hard to get taxis to and from the property, but with Uber very popular in the area now, it was super easy and quite cheap!

Incredible views
What a lovely villa!! Clean, large and very well equipped. Everything worked, kitchen was fabulous. Adults and children both enjoyed the good sized pool...the views were incredible and the villa is well positioned for day trips to Monaco, Cannes and St Tropez. Very sad to leave!!

Amazing villa in stunning location
We booked the villa after looking at many different places, we were celebrating our joint 50th birthdays including all our grown up kids, 30 other friends also invited who all stayed in other local villas. By far we lucked in, as this beautiful home was perfect. We had caterers and waiting staff BBQ for us and 40 people in all, we partied all weekend. The pool and surrounding area is perfect, lots of space, luxurious beds and amazing views. The villa is very modern, bathroom and kitchen wise but retaining some lovely French features elsewhere. Our kids range from 19-25 and they brought other halves with them, employing Frank (local taxi) pretty much full time to run them everywhere. This really is one of the nicest villas to rent.

Villa is lovely and very homely and very clean through out, has everything you need, pool was great, and so was the relaxing evenings sitting in the alfresco dining area. Would definitely recommend!

Everything and more
We staying in Villa Caraibe for 9 days this summer. The villa was everything and more that we were promised. Set in a very exclusive location it feels very secluded while having the benefit of amazing views over the countryside. The villa has really good sized bedrooms and excellent family living space - of particular note are the brand new kitchen and bathrooms which make it feel really special. The 4 kids in our party spent about 80% of their waking hours in the pool; they were reluctantly pulled out to enjoy some meals in the BBQ area which is a perfect and classic outdoor dining space. I have no doubt that we will be returning very soon. Thank you!

Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful well equipped villa. The villa is just 10 mins from the beaches in Cannes, close enough to feel part of the activity yet wonderfully private up in the hills. The villa is stylish and equipped as a home making our stay very relaxing. The sophisticated sound system was enjoyed by the boys. The garden and pool area provide great views across the valley and sunbathing spots.
10/10 we are already looking forward to returning next year.
