This is the perfect spot for your family holidays in Southern France this summer. The villa is approached via electric gates and is positioned within a short walk of village centre. This villa in South France enjoys views over the surrounding forest and countryside. Just a short walk away you will find tennis courts, basketball courts and horse riding. The large private pool (10m x 5m) is set within an established garden featuring a boules court, table tennis and various terraces and shady areas.

- The house also comes equipped with a further bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and 2 seperate WCs.
Outside: In the heart of the garden is set the Private pool (10M x 5M) and Pool house. The pool has a security fence and electric cover (a further safety component). There is also a barbeque, petangue ground, table tennis, childrens swings, childrens play house, sunbeds, hammock and various terraces. Private parking.

This is the perfect rentals villa for your family holidays in South France. The village of St-Paul-en-Foret is a great place to spend your vacation. It has an excellent butcher, bakery, 2 great restaurants, post office and a bar/hotel which is popular with locals for lunch.

The Mediterranean beaches are less than 30 minutes away. The centre of Cannes is a 30 minute drive. St Tropez is 1 hours drive. You can also take the boat to St Tropez from the sea front of St Raphael which is a 30 minute drive. Monaco is within 80 minutes. The Italian border is only 100 kms away. Inland there is Grasse, St Paul de Vence and within a 1 hours drive north the spectacular Gorges du Verdon for Kayaking and White Water Rafting.
St Paul En Foret has an excellent butcher, bakery, 2 great restaurants, post office and a bar/hotel which is popular with locals for lunch. It is only a 10 min drive from Fayence (Markets Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday) and 10 minutes from three local supermarkets which have excellent local produce.

Great villa, great location.
Great villa, great location. Beaches in Antibes, Cannes, La Napoule are beautiful. Valbonne square at night is hard to beat. We`ll be back.

Loved being away from it all
We had a great time in Saint Paul. The local village is lovely and very friendly. The children were never out of the pool and the weather was gorgeous. Quiet and peacefulThe poolEquipped with everything you needThe local village is delightful
