Holiday rental in Dordogne with private pool - facilities

Maison Mollie is an old traditional Farmhouse comprising of enclosed front garden with gates, ample parking surrounding the house.

Ground floor

• There is a large entrance hall with a sitting area with a log burning stove for autumn and winter.
• The lounge comes with a comfortable sofa and armchair. A set of French windows provide access to the garden and swimming pool.
• The large farmhouse Kitchen is fully-equipped and comes with a dining table, a Range cooker, dresser, dishwasher, Belfast sink, kettle and Nespresso machine. There is plenty of storage space, as well as a good range of cooking utensils, plates, cutlery and glasses. The kitchen has and three sets of French windows which have beautiful views over the the local farmland and one looks onto the garden/pool area.
• Next to the kitchen there is  a utility room with a washing machine, fridge/freezer and plenty of storage.
• There is also a WC and Shower room on this floor.

First floor

• Upstairs there are four bedrooms built into the eaves of the property, all bedrooms have exposed beams and are light rooms, all have stunning views.
• There is a bathroom with a bath and shower and WC, and a large unit with drawers.

Outside:

• There is a very large private garden with plenty of sun bathing areas and lots of shaded areas. The house also has plenty of games for children (including football area with net, badminton, golf, etc.).
• There is a large private swimming pool with steps and a large pool house. Surrounding the pool there are plenty of sun beds for relaxing. The pool house comes with a fridge and freezer, stereo, floats for the pool 
• Next to the pool there is a Pergola with decking and outside lounge furniture. This is the perfect space to enjoy evening sundowners.
• There is a large patio with a large outside dining table, barbecue and a Plancha (hot plate). There is plenty of outside crockery, glasses and cutlery for enjoying outside dinning.
