The kitchen features a table-top oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and filter coffee-machine. There is also a washing machine, ironing board and iron. - The spacious bedroom comes with a King size double bed, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan for warm summer nights and patio doors which lead out onto the terrace.
- The bathroom features a full-size bath with overhead shower, hand basin and toilet. There is also an hairdryer, vanity mirror and shaving plug.
Outside
The large salt-water swimming pool (10.5m x 6.0m) provides lovely views of the local mountains. The pool has Roman steps for easy access.
There is a large terrace with stunning views over the vineyards and olive groves towards the mountains in the distance. The terrace comes with sun loungers and a table with parasol. The terrace contains numerous fruit trees (quince, apricot, cherry, fig, peach, pomegranate), and various flowers and herbs.
There is also a table tennis table and a barbecue to whip up a quick lunch or evening meal.

Surrounding the market there are 2 restaurants, 2 bars, a small epicerie (local supermarket) and a newsagent. There is a further restaurant in the village, as well as a popular butcher´s and bakery.
Montpellier is easily accessible by public transport, or 15-20 minutes by car. The surrounding countryside is perfect for walking and cycling, there are rivers and lakes nearby. The Mediterranean beaches are a 35 minute drive away.
