Situated on the edge of Provence, Mas Coton is in a great location for exploring the Avignon, Uzes, Orange and Gard region of the South of France.
The holiday home is located in the charming village of Cavillargues, which has a local bar, a shop, a boulangerie, a butchers’ shop, post office, 2 hairdressers and a beauty salon (all within walking distance of the house). If you are looking for a Provence holiday rentals property with private pool which can accommodate 2-3 families or a group of friends, then this large farmhouse is the perfect place.

OUTSIDE
There is a beautiful large courtyard which is enclosed by a wall. A gateway from the courtyard leads to the private swimming pool which is 11m x 6m in size, with a depth of 1,20m to 2m. Surrounding the pool there are plenty of sun beds and parasols (the swimming pool area has a lockable gate for security).
Next to the pool there is an open air kitchen and pool house which comes with a refrigerator, small bar, WC, wood oven and barbecue. There is a terrace table underneath a pergola which can seat up to 12 people. Around the garden you will also find a Ping-Pong table, swings, and Pétanque court. Included in the rental price, you will also receive one hour of tennis per day at the nearby tennis court, distance 200 meters.

This farmhouse in Provence is available for rent on a weekly basis. The weekly prices include linen and towels and 2 hours cleaning per week. Although this is a very large and spacious house, the owner has requested that the maximum number in the party must not exceed 12 people including children.

Last visited March 2021. This farmhouse in Provence is ideal if you want to find a self-catering vacation rental with a swimming pool in Provence which is large enough for 2 or 3 families holidaying together.
This charming farmhouse comfortably sleeps up to 12 people. There is plenty of living space downstairs and within the grounds to easily accommodate 2-3 families.
The farmhouse provides easy access to Avignon, the Pont du Gard and the sites of Provence. Highly recommended.

This farmhouse in Provence is situated in Cavillargues is a lovely little village in the Gard department, really peaceful and very well kept, with 800 inhabitants. It is an agricultural village, classified within the appellation of “Côtes du Rhône“, which has developed polyculture both in the past as of today. It is situated 200 meters from the centre of Cavillargues. In the village there is a grocery, bakery, butchers’ shop, bar, post office, pizza wagon. 2 hairdressers, beauty salon, hamman-thalasso, library. Big supermarkets and shopping malls:
Bagnols/Céze: 12 Km: The most beautiful farmer’s market in France. (Wednesday morning and Saturday all day.) Haribo candy museum, toy museum, stud farm (horses)Arles, 60 Km;

There is a TGV train station in Avignon. Regular buses run between Avignon and Ales.

Fabulous property
From the 1st impression, this is a fabulous property: elegant and welcoming. The house is large and very comfortable with more than ample seating for 12 inside, outside in the garden and by the pool. The living room has several sofas for hiding out in poor weather, the kitchen is well stocked and perfectly set up for several cooks at the same time, the bedrooms and en suite bathrooms are spacious with high ceilings and plenty of room to spread out in, the the pool is the star of the show, with 12 comfortable lounge chairs and a gazebo to escape from the heat of the day, outdoor shower and loo all set up like a 5 star hotel. There is also a billiard room and a separate lounge for reading if the main living room is noisy and table tennis and swings in the yard. I cannot imagine anyone not having a fabulous holiday here.

Beautiful large farmhouse in Provence
A stunning property in Provence. Great for a family reunion or for a group of friends catching up under the Southern France sun. Plenty of space. The large pool can be enjoyed by all ages. The garden is a joy to spend time in. A car is really essential, although Cavillargues does have all the shops and restaurants you will need.
