This beautiful French holiday villa in South France offers 190 m² of living space spread out over 3 floors. There is Wi-Fi internet throughout the house.

Ground floor

There is an entrance hall with the original staircase.

• The large kitchen is 30m² and is fully equipped. The kitchen has oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and coffee machine.
• There is a dining area with a large table and seating for up to 10 people.
• Next to the dining room there is a pantry with a washing machine and an additional fridge-freezer.
• The pantry has a door leading out to the garden and BBQ area.
• The large lounge comes with a fireplace, TV (French and UK Freeview channels), DVD player and stereo with iPod docking.
• A set of French doors provide access out onto the terrace 40m².

First floor

On the first floor there is a landing, which provides access to 3 double bedrooms.

• Bedroom 1 is 17m² in size and comes with an en-suite shower room, dressing room and separate WC. 
• Bedroom 2 is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and dressing room.
• A small set of stairs leads up to Bedroom 3 which comes with a double bed, en-suite shower room and toilet.

Second floor

On the second floor there is a landing, providing access two 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Fans are available in all the bedrooms.

• Bedroom 4 is a twin bedroom
• Bedroom 5 is also fitted with twin beds
• The bathroom comes with a shower, toilet and wash basin.

Outside - There is a large walled garden (760m²) with mature trees, lawn, shrubs and flowers. There is a shaded terrace (40m²) and a second terrace (15 m²) which captures the sun for most of the day. The swimming pool is 9m x 4.5m and located in the centre of the garden. There is off street parking with a remote controlled gate. The garage has a table tennis table and 2 mountain bikes.
