Country house for long term rental Southern France - Facilities

The house is laid out on 2 floors and comprises 200m² of living space. The house comes with Wi-Fi.

Ground Floor: 

• The entrance hallway provides access to the kitchen, lounge and stairs up to the first floor. There is a guest WC just off the hall.
• The spacious lounge comes with 2 sofas and a number of armchairs arranged around a working fireplace. There is a TV with UK TV channels. French windows lead out onto the south-facing terrace.
• The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, two ovens, a dishwasher, a fridge, microwave and plenty of cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and glasses. French windows provide access to the terrace.

First Floor: 

• Bedroom 2 is fitted with a large King-size double bed (which can also be separated into 2 single beds) and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom comes with a large bath, a separate shower, wash basin and WC .
• Bedroom 3 has a King-size double bed (which can also be separated into 2 single beds).
• Bedroom 4 is a twin bedroom.
• Bedroom 5 has full size bunk beds as well as a cot.
• There is a family bathroom which has a bath, a separate shower cubicle, wash basin and WC.

 Outside:

• The stunning hangar is a great place to spend time on those warm summer days. It comes with a range of patio furniture, a dining table and a ping pong table. You have beautiful views over the pool, the garden and the surrounding countryside.
• Next to the hangar, there is a well-equipped summer kitchen which is fitted with a fridge, sink, dishwasher and a complete set of crockery and cutlery. There is also another dining table, comfortably seating ten people.
• There is a private heated swimming pool (10m x 4) with Roman steps and a pool alarm.
• Along the rear of the house there is a south-facing terrace with stunning views over the pool area and the countryside beyond. There is a good range of patio chairs.
• In the garden you will find a children's play area, a sand pit, a trampoline, a Croquet lawn and a pitch and putt area. 

Country house in Southern France with private heated pool - Prices

Le Moulin can be rented on a weekly basis between April to October from €2500 per week. During high season Friday/Saturday arrivals preferred. The rental price does vary according to the season. The rental prices include the linen, towels and end of stay cleaning. Pets may be accepted (through prior agreement).
