Living room

• The spacious living room features a double height ceiling with original oak beams and exposed stone walls. There is a comfortable sofa and two arm chairs, as well as a wood burner that keeps the cottage lovely and toasty in the winter months.
• The living room opens out directly onto the private terrace overlooking the pool and countryside beyond.

Kitchen

• There is a well-equipped open plan kitchen comes with good quality fixtures and fittings, an electric fan oven, gas hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge freezer. 
• Next to the kitchen there is a round dining table that seats 4 people.

Bedroom & bathroom

• The master bedroom is located on the ground floor and comes with a King size bed, bedside tables and a clothes rail. It has it\'s own separate doorway opening onto the private terrace. The bedroom has an electric wall heater.
• There is a mezzanine floor that provides additional storage.
• The modern bathroom is equipped with a full size bath with shower over the bath. Watch the horses grazing in the paddock while you clean your teeth!

Outside
