This Marseillan holiday home was a former wine makers cottage and it retains some lovely features such as exposed stone walls, high ceilings and solid wooden floors. The home has 140m2 of living space laid out over 2 floors. You enter the holiday home into a large hallway, which provides access to the main living room.

Ground floor

• The living room is very stylish and spacious and it is furnished with a large sofa, 2 designer armchairs and a flat screen TV with Satellite channels (including Netflix/OCS).
• A large set of patio doors lead out into the garden and provide access to the pool. 
• The kitchen has a large dining table and chairs and is fully equipped including hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine, toaster, kettle and fridge freezer.
• There is a washing machine located in the connecting garage.
• There is also a guest toilet on this floor.

On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms.

• The large Master bedroom contains a double bed, a dressing room, en suite shower room and a private balcony. In total the bedroom is 40m2 in size.
• Bedroom 2 comes with a double bed, fitted wardrobes and a small Juliette balcony.
• Bedroom 3 is fitted with a double bed and also has a small Juliette balcony.
• There is also a family bathroom and a separate toilet on this floor.

Outside: the holiday home comes with private parking in the garage for one car and street parking for another car. There is a nice swimming pool (7m x 3m) which can be heated during the early part of the year. The pool has a security cover (for children) and Roman steps for easy access. The South-facing garden is mainly decked and is 120m2 in size. There are plenty of sun loungers and chairs and during the height of summer a large sail is erected to provide plenty of shade. There is also a plancha grill which is perfect for family barbecues.
